ABOUT US
With you since 2017
Our story begins in September 2017, when we began offering connectivity using technology airMAX AC, a solid foundation that allowed us to deploy a stable and controlled network from the very first moment. Building on that foundation, we have continued to evolve, incorporating new solutions as our customers’ needs have grown.
In 2018, we took a key step by incorporating systems AirFiber, significantly improving the network’s capacity, reliability, and control. In 2019, we began offering end customers speeds above 100 Mbps, expanding them to over 200 Mbps from 2022 and reaching 300 Mbps starting in 2026, always with an infrastructure designed to sustain these speeds in a real and consistent manner.
At Fibrasky, we believe that a good connection is not defined solely by maximum speed. What truly matters is service stability, low latency, security, and a connection that works reliably every day, without interruptions or surprises.
Currently, we work with technologies such as airMAX AC, LTU and links of Wave type, chosen for their performance, stability, and low latency. In higher-capacity deployments, we use Wave links with advanced aggregation (MLO), which allows us to optimize spectrum usage and ensure a consistent service even in demanding scenarios.
Security is a fundamental pillar of our network. All our customers benefit from a carefully protected network architecture, which includes a dual-layer firewall, traffic control, and active protection measures. This translates into a safer, more stable connection that is protected against unauthorized access, without requiring complex configurations from the user.
All of this is supported by professional equipment, a properly sized network architecture, and continuous monitoring, focusing not only on speed but on the complete user experience: remote work, streaming, video calls, online gaming, and cloud services.

TECHNOLOGY
Our infrastructure
At Fibrasky we use professional wireless systems to provide a stable, fast, and low-latency connection, even in areas without fiber infrastructure. Each installation is tailored according to the terrain, distance, and the customer’s actual needs.
We currently operate our own network with an average annual uptime of 99.98%, designed to provide stable and continuous connectivity to both residential and professional customers.

airMAX AC
Highly reliable multipoint technology for homes and small businesses. Ideal for environments with multiple users connected simultaneously.

LTU / AirFiber / MLO
Next-generation systems designed for high-performance links. They are used at strategic points, backbones between towers, or for clients with high demand. They provide greater capacity, efficiency, and stability.

Wave – 60 GHz
Very high-speed technology for short distances. Perfect for residential developments, businesses, and environments where exceptional performance is required.
Professionals and businesses
For the professional environment, Fibrasky offers advanced and scalable solutions, tailored to each client’s needs:
For businesses, we offer connectivity of up to 1 Gbps via wireless, with links designed for high availability and security
For providers and large enterprises, we offer links of up to 2,5 Gbps via wireless, ideal for interconnection, backup, or critical deployments

Frequently asked questions
It depends on the chosen plan. If there is a commitment period and the customer cancels early, they will be required to pay the remaining proportional part of the activation fee.

Yes. With plans that have no commitment period, you can cancel at any time by giving at least 2 business days’ notice before the start of the next billing cycle.
If an invoice remains unpaid for 7 days, the service may be temporarily suspended. If the nonpayment exceeds 3 months, the contract may be terminated permanently.
The indicated speed is a maximum speed. It may vary depending on traffic, location, and technical conditions, although Fibrasky is committed to providing the best possible speed.
No problem. If you’re unsure whether your location has coverage, contact us and we will carry out the necessary check.
